THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER LIVED AT SUCH A RAT INFESTED DUMP IN MY LIFE. THE MANAGEMENT WAS GREAT (ALTHOUGH THEY GOT OUT AS WELL)THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS THE HIGHEST CRIME RATE BY FAR FROM ALL THE POLICE REPORTS I SAW. DON'T EVEN TRY TO LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN BEAT UP OR YOUR PROPERTY VANDELIZED. RUN!!!!

No! Trash carelessly thrown all over. Disrespectful residents. Nasty pool. Terrible drivers flying through the residence. Poor maintenence. Dirty. Kids screaming all over.

i agree. bad kids. i caught kids smoking pot on the one and only playground there is, with one swing and one slide. wow. toddlers running around seeing their 12 yr old sibling gettin high! fights break out when kids come back from school at 3pm-ish daily.
