This is the most unprofessional staff ive ever met. they seeeem professional but when you ask them any kind of question at all they say they will leave an answer on your door or let you know later.
These apartments are trashed. dirty, kids everywhere. kids who will run in front of your car and think its all good. disrespectful tenants flying through the place at 40 mph flipping you off. hanging out their car cussing at you.
Its in a decent location so any guests can come visit. oh wait, theres noo parking for them at all sorry.. my guests were towed within 45 minutes of visiting and parked in a good parking spot.
this place stinks, they over charge, garbage will be all outside the garbage, they will put up rent notices to vacate all over your doors even if you pay rent because they are so unorganized they dont know who paid or not!
I cant say anything about the new security guard because ive moved out before i got the chance to meet him, but the old one, TOM, harassed almost everyone living there. threatening to beat ppl up, shining flashlights at you while you drive, shining lights in your windows! it took over a year for management to realize this and fire him!
I dont even think there is a maintenence. one of the trees along my building scratched along the outside of my window from the day i moved in and ive asked for it to be trimmed and the whole time i been here, i had to get used to the sound. i made about 7 reports and never got any help.
pick a different place to live please!
