This place has changed From: ebubbley@comcast.net Date posted: 2/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   Ever since september 2002 we have a wonderfull new Manager.We first did not trust all this changes again ( new Manager ) a lot of people wantet to move.Previous Manager's where all worthless.But she proofed to all who stayed that she is here to make things better.Thing's did get better.Place is nice and clean know, crimerate is not higher then any other place in the Des Moines area,know it is lower than it had been bevor and any other place.She care's about comunity and people.Great place to live, eversince she came to be our Manager.As long she stay's,I will and many others.We have stability know.
