I have been a resident of Silverwood in Des Moines for 3 1/2 years now. I recently lost mobility of walking and lived on the second floor. I went to the manager to ask for a lower unit. She transfered me within days!!! She understood my problems, worked with me and I felt like a valued resident here. The management here has been wonderful and she is a different and special lady doing what she can with what she has been given.
