30th Ave is scary. Silverwood is the safest building on the block. Its well maintained and cared for. The people there protect what is thiers and it shows. thank you for making me feel safe in this crazy world.

Parts of 30th are a little shady, but it's not too horrible. Tenants may protect what is theirs but have no respect for other people's property. On several occasions, I would come home and find someone's disobedient, unattended child scraping the dirt off my or my boyfriend's car with a broom clearly leaving marks in the paint. Most tenants also have no respect for others who use the laundry facilities by completely ignoring the "powder soap prohibited" clause in their lease making the facilities almost unusable at certain points in the month if until they were cleaned. Management has an attitude, but some tenants seem to be much worse.
