Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I recently moved out of this apartment complex and was shocked when I received a breakdown of charges. According to the management company, I owe them $1800 in damages. I returned the rental unit to the same condition it was in when I moved in and they are still trying to get me to pay this amount. My belief is that they're are trying to hit me hard just because I could not take the time off from my job to do an exit walk-through when it was convenient for them (which would've been between the hours of 9 am to 3:30 pm). One tip of advice, be sure to walk-through with the manager when you leave this place!
