If you enjoy the constant roar of airplanes overhead, this is the place for you! You can even read the name of the airlines on the side of the jets as they fly overhead. And for this you get to pay TOP DOLLAR! It is non-stop!

The managerment/ownership changed hands in the year I was here - no improvement. The current management never returns phone calls, although they promise to every time.

For $905 a month I had a townhouse with no screens on the downstairs windows. In the summer time this means you either keep the windows closed in the evenings or you can have a housefull of bugs - the choice is yours.

I asked about getting screens and was told no problem. Then nothing happened. I called again - then I was told that they don't make screens for these windows, but if I could find some they would get them for me. I found some and was then told that I could buy them myself and take them with me when I left. I said that is was ridiculous to pay $905/month for an apartment with no screens. I was told that if they got them for me they would have to get them for EVERYONE and they could not do that. So I did without.

I was also given an eviction warning because of their inaccurate bookeeping. No phone call, no asking questions... just a warning on my door when I came home.

While this place is not HORRIBLE - I suppose there may be other places run like this - I would not live here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
