I've lived in the Regatta Apartments since 2003. They have steadily gone down hill. We've had to wait more than 2 days to have serious maintenance issues taken care of (broken toilet or no heat during the middle of winter). The management never returns phone calls. They are unresponsive when it comes to complaints about the noise level of other tenants. We have had to call the police multiple times.
