Where do I begin' Well when my husband and I first moved in here we thought that this place would be perfect for us, how very wrong we were. We live in a townhouse and was told that the windows in the unit were double paned and virtually noise free, wrong. With the airplanes flying above us we felt like we were basically living in the middle of the airport runway! The maintenance is very poor. When we moved in there were still some major repairs that needed to be done in our unit, we were told by the management that it would be fixed in a few days. When a week after moving in we still did not get any one to repair the apartment and after leaving several messages with the office, not once did they return our phone call. We went to the office personally and was told a story of how they had to fire the maintenance guy for stealing supplies and so forth but they will have another person in to fix the repairs ASAP. Another week went by and still no response, again we went back to the manager and was then told that they only have 1 maintenance person and that all work orders are being reviewed for on case by case basis! Talk about never ending excuses! This is the worst property I have ever stayed at! The management combined have an IQ of molded bread. Very unprofessional and inhospitable. Til this day they have yet to repair anything in my home. Parking is the pits. We pay 950.00 a month for rent, plus water and sewage and they charge us 20.00 for covered parking. Unless you have a Geo Metro, you're not fitting in the parking space. For as much as this place charges for everything, you're better off living in Bellevue, Downtown Seattle or Kirkland for the same price. This place needs to start learning how to take responsibilty for their actions, or lack thereof and quit "passing the buck" to someone else. Stay away if you can!!!
