I would like to take a minute and jot down my thoughts about these apartments. I have lived here with my fiancee for over a year and a half! We have a big dog actually he is a pit bull, loving and kind he is. It is the only complex in the area that accepts large dogs. The management staff is always there when you need them. If you page the maintenance you always get a call back. I've lived at places where you couldn't call anyone in the event of an emergency. I am getting ready to have a baby and I would suggest this property to anyone! It truely is a great place to call home! I am going to be upgrading to a 2x1 here soon so the baby has his or her own room. I am not going to be moving off the property because they have done so many improvements since the new management started in July! The new manager always listens to you thoughts and concerns. I am looking forward to many years here at Spinnaker Landing Apartments!!!
