We have been on this property for over 2 years and have watched it go from clean & green to Ghetto and simply pathetic.If it's not a problem with the parking it's all the loud people wliking around at night where you think you might get robbed , are at least your car broken into, which by the way happens all the time. Then comes the Management or the lack of, they always promise better things are coming like a big screen T.V. nice weight room that works and a sauna that actually stays clean and hot.If you need something fixed good luck unless you fix it yourself it wont happen very quick if at all. On the plus side you get a yearly review, where they come in look at how you live and ask if theres any problems with your unit, problem is that was last month and we still are waitng for what we reported.So if you like paying above average rent for a place that has water leaks from the main pipes, to dog poop all over the place and your car to get jacked then please by all means come join us.
