The location is GREAT and the apts are tucked back from the street so there is not to much traffic. The parking is good for the layout and the office staff are extremely helpful. A few problems I see are that they only exept cats no dogs and the laundry facilities are coin operated but they have no change machines. The do have an adequate amount of laundy rooms though. One other problem I have is that in the apt below my brothers they smoke so the smoke goes right into his apt. Also, their isn't much entalation unless you open all the windows.
