The management is not responsive to repair issues; they make promises but don't keep them. When you call them on it, they act like they were never told. The male manager is nice, but his wife...not so much. You don't want to cross her, believe me! This is NOT the management team that were here when I moved in; the place was much nicer then. The complex was sold a few years ago--I think with the intent to do a condo conversion--but since then they've neglected it. The paint on the railings is peeling off, they haven't pressure washed in ages, and a few years ago some idiot tried to kill the ivy on the trees--now what we have is a bunch of trees covered in dead ivy vines! Looks great! Oh, and the managers moved out of the complex without telling anyone; they make rules that they aren't around to enforce--like kids not playing in the parking lot--the place has really gone downhill. Plus, the prices are high for what you're getting. I guess it shows; someone moved out in November, and her place still is vacant. Believe me, you can do better!
