I live in a 1 bedroom apt which is quite spacious at 718 sq. ft. The windows are large and allow lots of light to enter and I have a nice view of many trees. The floor plan is good, but poor noise insulation--I can hear my neighbors more than I'd like. The community grounds are pretty and well kept with nice lawns, flowers and lots of surrounding trees. The complex is on a bus line 2 miles southeast of the waterfront and Edmonds ferry dock and 2 miles west of the freeway. I have lived here 6 plus years. During that time I've seen 4 managers come and go. Some have been great, others very poor. Pros: large windows, spacious unit, pets are allowed, parklike grounds, w/d in unit, good location, covered parking, has a pool (small) and sauna. Cons: rent is overpriced, poor noise insulation--if you have quiet neighbors it's okay, if not, it can be unpleasant. (Management does respond quickly to noise complaints. ) No elevators, lacks safe pedestrian walkways, one assigned parking spot per unit. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
