Nice apartments and community

These apartments are typical of a suburban apartment complex. I live in a one bedroom, but it seems quite spacious, with plenty of breathing room. The costs seem a bit high, but I guess $755 is standard for a one bedroom for the area. The construction is low quality, and the noise factor is pretty high from apartment dwellers above and below. I typically can hear when a neighbor is opening or closing the dishwasher, doing laundry, or just stumbles. It seems like a safe and quite little community, so considering the above factors, I am quite happy for suburban living.
