This document mentions how a respected businessman help overcome the objections of the tennants, I WAS NEVER INFORMED AT ANY TIME BEFORE OR AFTER I SIGNED MY LEASE THAT THIS WAS GOING ON HERE. NOR IS IT MENTIONED IN THE LEASE ANYWHERE. Up to 10% percent of the apartments at Edmonds Highlands are designated as "transitional housing." The target for these transitional apartments are low income homeless families headed by single mothers. To be elligible they must be "low income single mothers with children, demostrated sobriety, not pursued by a violent spouse / partner" This a direct quote from the document published by HASCO.

Be informed BEFORE YOU RENT, then make your own mind up. Be informed BEFORE, not after like I was.
