Nice, but too expensive

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
The apartment complex is nice but they think too highly of themselves and the apartment managers have inflated the prices beyond reason. While Seattle and Edmonds are higher price communitites, the apartment is not worth this amount of money. Continue to shop around, you can do better.
