We lived there back in 2004 and everything was relatively good. There were some really noisy kids that ran around in the afternoons, but I don't know of anything that could stop that. Management was actually really awesome to us, even after move out. The only real issues with the place was the mold. Management will tell you that it is an area problem, but I have lived elsewhere in the area and this place grows mold BAD. I have not seen so much mold that was not the result of a major leak as at that apartment. So we sprayed water and bleach on the windows every day, and wiped it down and that was all it took.
