Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Currently living at Edmonds Highlands. I think managment has changed, however those that had a problem with the previous managment were probably deadbeats. Pay your rent and don't party all night and you will fit in.

Maintance crew is great. As for mold stories what does not mold in this rainforest' Not a big problem unless you are a slob.

Nice place to live.
