DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 10% of the units are transitional housing and/or ??affordable housing?? aka people who don??t care about the area or their apartments or neighbors. I moved here a year and half ago from Ballard thinking it would have less noise, crime, and riff-raft. I was wrong, really wrong and moved out after my lease.

The maintenance staff was the only great thing about this place. If they would SCREEN PEOPLE A LITTLE MORE CLOSELY it would be an ideal apartment complex. As is, they let anyone in.
