Not worth your money. Found several problems during move-in inspection, still not corrected. Problem with moisture/dampness - should ask if apt has recently been flooded.
Mgmt staff less than pleasant after move-in.
If you do move-in, don't forget to negotiate your rent & deposit. BTW 50% of deposit non-refundable for redecorating fees.
Be prepared to sign roughly a dozen papers/contracts (takes about an hour without careful reading).
