Manager never makes repairs. The managers nephews were hired to paint the interior hallway walls and never replaced the molding.

Elevator has sticky gunk all over the wall that has never been cleaned off so you can not lean against it or it will grab your hair or clothes.

The outside deck is completely rotting away and unsafe, paint chipping off everywhere, manager never took any measures to resolve.

Garbage has a huge leak and can not throw away garbage without stepping over a huge puddle of filth, usually critters come running out.

Windows are very thin and old, not insulated and rattle when it gets windy as does the back door.

assigned parking is not covered and under plum trees which leak all over your car unless you find parking along the street.

good things - one side of the complex has a view of the sound, the other a creek which is nice to hear at night
