The good with the bad

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Live in a 1-bedroom 1.5 bath with a loft. Space is great! Big open, lot's of storage, but VERY hard to heat and very expensive.
Walls are very thin, can hear the neighbors too easily.
Property management is great and very responsive.
