If you have 6 bad reviews and 3 good reviews, Maybe you should look elsewhere. I in fact am a current resident and wish I had never signed on the dotted line. The apartments are falling apart, its hard to get someone to fix problems, and dont get me started on the managment. I wouldnt recommend this place to a bum if it was free rent!!!! Now they decide to make everyone get manditory liability insurance because Firdale doesnt want to carry the cost of it any more. So fees for parking in a covered spot, fees for water, sewer, and trash. Now Liability Insurance. Whats next ' a Fee for calling the front office and asking questions.Its worse than a bank. I suggest anyone who is looking into F.V. to move on, there are plenty of better places to choose from. OH, and I love the fact that they are able to stuff 8 people (I am not making this up) into the apartment next to me and between them own 12 cars, no one has covered parking. So I have to park about 3 buildings away.. what are all the covered parking fee's paying for'
