We have live at Firdale Village for almost two months now. So far I only have two complaints...There are several pet owners who do not leash their dogs or pick up after them. The poop situation is so bad that my kids can not play in the grassy areas..or cement for that. The other complaint is the terrible play ground. We were so excited to live close to the playground, but once we moved in, we realized how unsafe it is for children.

As for the staff and parking, we have had no problems at all!! The management has been wonderful from the very first visit up to now. When we put in a maintenance request, they were here right when they said they would be and had everything fixed in a matter of minutes. Since then, we have not had anything break down. We are very happy with the apartment and staff.

if your going to post an opinion, why don't you post the one where 2 very young people were killed in the fire dec 26,2000 that the city of edmonds did nothing about and firdale village just cleaned up the mess and rebuilt, not caring what caused the deaths or fire. It's been years and what caused the fire was a breaker panel that mal-functioned and caught on fire-no alarms could go off and the owners do not want to claim responsibility. If the fire dept made regular inspections to these trashy complexes I bet they would find all kinds of electrical problems- it's only a matter of time before this happens again
