We have lived in our apartment for a little over 4 years. In comparison to other complexes we have quite alot of square footage for the price we pay a month, 790sf to be exact. They were built in 1970?s however they have managed to keep them in pretty good condition. When we moved in we had new carpet and the counters and cuboards were changed from dark brown wood to white. The landscaping is probably our favorite part of the complex. It is kept up immaculate. We are surrounded by alot of trees and in the spring we have flowers blooming. Also, the complex is fairly quiet and we haven?t had too many problems with noisy neighbors. Overall our experience has been quite wonderful. This is out first place together as a married couple and we have enjoyed our time there so far.

I have lived at North Haven Manor for about 4 years and I loved it. It was nice and big and the rent was at the right price. The walls were a little thin and being on the top floor I can still feel the floor shake but I would highly recomend this place :)
