i have lived here for 3 years now. moved from a huge one bed to a comfy 2 bed townhouse style. the price is right. nice quiet hood for being just off of 99. the manager is very helpful and involved though not living at the complex. only thing is there is a family that has taken over 4 or more apartments and are really quite rude. elitists or something. blah.

Nice complex and all applicances are new.However; the neighbors in my complex are noisy constant music with bass blasting through walls.I would not recommended if you like peace and quiet enviroment
