I have lived in this apartment complex for 5 years. I have never had a problem with the staff, they have always been kind and courteous and willing to help and listen. There is minimal noise at this complex, just the usual you get while living in an apartment, ie people with big feet that live above you or kids at play in the springtime. Security does patrols every so often and really makes me feel safe. There have been a few "troubled" tenants in the complex and they were dealt with immediately or very soon after. Parking is plentiful here and you can park anywhere you like. Parking under covered parking is extra though of course! I also got a cat while living here and the staff at Pacific Park were very supportive of me bringing a cat onto the premises and even asked me to bring her by once in awhile! I would highly recommend this place for location and proximity to everything. The apartments are roomy and there is plenty of storage and parking. You are only steps away from Safeway and Blockbuster and just a short drive to the movie theater and I-5.
