I have lived in Pacific Park from 1999-2003, and living there was hell. Security there is a joke, maintenence(well after about 20 calls to manager) they showed but never fixed the problem, they had no experience or did not speak english. The theft rate there was extremely high, speaking from experience because my car was stolen from the complex, and even by a former resident. There is mold growing there like it is going out of style, (toxic mold). My neighbor who had been there 1 year and a half less than I paid about 100 dollars less than I did and they had a roommate and didn?t sign a lease either. No privacy, groundkeepers were slow, worked insanely close to the ground floor tenants, and always did work on the weekends and early in the morning making it hard for the residents who have a tough workweek to get any rest. They illegaly put up carports (on the weekend )and on top of that expected the tenants to pay to park there. The carports were poorly constructed, cheap and put in a location that took whatever veiw you had of the parking lot away. All in all this place is the biggest joke of an apartment ever. If you want to feel unsafe, unsecure, scared, want your car stolen, see hookers because Hwy 99 is right there, want ------ management, or maintenence etc, then hey move to Pacific Twacked Apts oops I mean Pacific Park Apts.
