I lived here for 7 months prior to moving to Renaissance in Lynnwood. By way of comparison, Pacific Park is a whole lot better. I've also read all the reviews on this place. Parking can tend to be a bit of a problem. Staff was always friendly and courteous. Like someone else mentioned in their review, they do make a point to remember your name. That's good customer service skills. You can't beat the location either. It's right close by all sorts of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and freeway on-ramps. I only ever really had a problem with noise once or twice. This was the 1st appartment my wife and I had together and was good for the price. I'd reccomend it to someone as a good 1st appartment.
