People who work here seem nice enough... I've addressed a couple of issues, and they're usually taken care of in a timely manner.

The bad... As with most lower-end apts, you get a fare share of slobs, people who don't take pride in themselves, let alone their apt. building. I'll say that this alone will be a major influence if I go when my lease is up. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING. And I do mean everything. The lease I signed mentioned keeping our patios clean, but looking at my neighbors, apparently we didn't sign the same lease. Ground floor apts. have s*#t scattered all over hell and creation. Outside lighting is TERRIBLE.
