The place has been fixed up but isn't worth the money. They are infested with cockroaches I have had the exterminator to my place three times. I don't live with bugs! There is mold! There is so much noise all hours of the day and night have fun trying to sleep. They seem to rent to anyone who can come up with the money! My current lease is up and if I don't sign a new one my rent is going to increase 150.00 a month. This is highway robbery! They also failed to disclose until after I signed the lease that we are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which was another 47.00 dollars attached to the monthly rent. I feel this was fraudulent.
