Ive lived here over 2 years and I have no problems. Ive always been treated good by the people in the office. The guys that fix my stuff seem to be cool and they come fast to fix even little stuff. The lady in the office even brought a package to my apartment when I couldnt get off work in time. Ive seen the people who PREVENT the bugs but Ive never seen a BUG! I just wanted to write somthing nice about the place. Its worth the money, its bigger than most places and the people who work here are fair enough. Give the place a chance.

I don't know in which building you live but I also have lived here for 2 years and this is not what I see around here. All they do is raise the rent and tell you how wonderful life is here. They may be improving the outside but what about the insides of our apartments. My window sills are literally rotting off. I have had cockroaches 3 times and been baited for them at least 6 times. This involves alot of my valuable time unloading cupboards and the kitchen and bathroom. I still have all of the same appliances and carpeting etc. since the day I moved in and have had no improvements what so ever. I feel the my rent going from 695.00 to 925.00 in 2 years is excessive when you really get nothing for it. There are no fireplaces or washers and dryers in the unit only one bath. So what is so great/ They even tore down the kids playground last summer and never put up a new one only raised our rent. Time for me to move on which I am real soon. So if you want to have a place to live that raises your rent every chance they get and make you think that you are lucky to live here move on in!
