I feel very unsafe here and things are always breaking. The new manager is rude. The other employees (office staff and maintenance workers) seem very nice.

I AGREE..THIS PLACE IS REDICULOUS..THE NEW MANAGER IS NOT EVEN PRFESSIONAL..ESPECIALLY WITH THE TASTELESS OUTFITS SHE WEARS..YOU PAY EXTRA FOR A SECURE BUILDING..HOW SECURE IS IT WHEN THE MAIN DOOR DOESNT LOCK..THERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE THAN THE INSIDE..ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO A WATERLINE BUSTED IN AN APARTMENT WHERE THE RESIDENT WAS NOT @ HOME..THE MAINTANCE GUYS WERE PAGED NUMEROUS TIMES BY RESIDENTS WHO HAD WATER LEAKING INTO THEIR APARTMENTS AND WE HAD TO END UP CALLING 911 BECAUSE NO ONE RESPONDED TO OUR MESSAGES WHICH IS STRANGE DUE TO HEAD MAINTANCE PERSON LIVES ON THE PREMISES.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND ESPECIALLY THE HIGH RENT..WE DON'T EVEN HAVE WASHER & DRYERS IN INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS
