I have lived there for 2 yrs and we had a good manager and everything is good the parking, the help with anything and the rent is not bad either...We recently got a new manager and WOW she is really GREAT she is willing to help with any & everything I'am actually sad to leave..If i wasnt leaving to back home id stay here! But if i were to move back to WA this would be the 1st place i'd come too and hope That the NEW MANAGER WAS ALSO!!!

Are you insane? This manager posted rules stating children under 16 are not even allowed outside with out adult supervision. She hides in the office on her days off to spy on the children in the pool. The lady refuses to give you the name of the owners because she does not want to get reported to her boss.

I agree you must be insane to think she is great. The only person I can figure out to give her a good review is the manager herself!
