Since new owners this place has gone down hill big time. Each managing team is worse than the last and the first was not great.
I have had kitchen sink back up twice no help oh yes they did dry carpet in entrance for one day. did not clean cabinets or kitchen floor.

then I get a call to let me know water is going under wall into apt next door. I ahve not been home for three days. I told them to check it out. I got home almost 2 hours later came in water streaming from kitchen light fixture. water was about 2 inches deep in kitchen carpet soaked to glass door. i called office maintance man came and tryed to find origin of water that smelled of bubble bath. while he was gone I ws moving living room stuff to bedroom and the ceiling came down. leaving a hole about 6 inches dia. (gotfixed three years later). no compensation for inconvenince of trying to sleep with a fan blowing 24 hours.

Next flood I was called and aske if I had water in apt as the laundry room next door had a wet floor. they checked and all was ok. 2 days later they called and said water was coming from my apartment and that the hot water tank had a leak. I called my renter insurance agent $8,000 damage plus 2 weeks at a motel. Manager did offer me an empty apartment in KIRKLAND where I could sleep. but no furniture there and I would have to move my stuff myself.

the rent goes up every time you sign a lease when I first moved here I was looking for something to buy so signed a 3 month lease and rent wenet up $10 every 3 months I decided to sign year lease and now I pay $745 plus $30 for water and I am only home 2 days a week. when I was advised lease is up the 31st I asked how much rent would be and was advised that it would be lowered. A letter was to follow. I called to check on letter and was told there would not be a letter and no my rent would not be lowered.

So I decided to take my 401K and buy a place of my own. I gave notice. have not heard if they have an issue. Oh yes security that is the biggest laugh of all. My key would not go into lock so they removed whoe lock system then my key went int lock but would not turn so I am locked out for another day. Usually door is broken most likely by irritated residents and who can blame them' Parking' well I have lost three tanks of gas had my car broken into twice. Referal money ha ha took almost 9 months to get the money. and that was after numerous requests for it.
I have had my apartment broken into one time and it would have been worse if my daughter had not come by and saw my slider curtains open and thought I was home. she interupted the robbery and they got away with nothing of mine.
