Very Quiet Neighborhood!

These apartments are not only well taken care of and well managed, but very conveniently located also.

Close to I-5 and blocks away from Hwy 99 (though you'd never know it-the street doesn't connect to 99-very important! plus minutes away from downtown Edmonds and the ferry! My only complaint is that my rent goes up ALOT every time its time to renew my lease.

Guess they figured out they have a gem!
