Although Park 210 looks nice on the outside, once you get inside it's like living in a cardboard box. The walls are paper thin. You can hear even the slightest conversation going on next door to you. In the apartment above me, the tenants moved into a different unit because of cockroaches, and then management rented the unit again before taking care of the problem. The new tenants had to stay in a motel room just a few days after moving in. They even showed me all the roaches they had caught and were trying to get out of their lease and get their money back. In the unit I had, the plumbing went right through my bedroom so every time someone upstairs used the facilities it was like a tidal wave going through my bedroom constantly waking me up. And then the water would run through the pipes for the next half hour. The pool is so small, that once two people are in it, it's like taking a bath together. The rent there is cheaper for a reason.
