We moved away from Park 210 a few months ago because of what we thought was a great deal. Now we wish we hadn't made that choice. We loved it because:

1) It is nicely landscaped and well taken care of
2) Maintenance requests are responded to amazingly quickly (same day or within 1 day)
3) Management is very responsive to concerns
4) The neighboorhood is very quiet
5) It is close to everything...and Edmonds is a great town
6) There is more than enough parking
7) There is more than enough garbage space

All in all, this is one of the best deals around. Dont' hesitate to move here.
