mold From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I live in this apartment complex now, and although I love the atmosphere it smells like mold. There is mold growing in my window sill and now I know why they had me sign a mold release contract. I like the apartments, but the mold is very disturbing and I cannot wait to move out.
