I've been living in Park 212 aparments for about seven months now and have had no problems to date. The apartments are nice enough and I have never really had a real problem with my neighbors or noise issues. I can occasionally hear the person living under me snoring at night, but that is rare and not much of a distraction. The parking is quite available as I never have to look for a spot. The employees of Park 212 are for the most part friendly and are willing to help solve any issues that may arise. Overall this has been a pleasent experience for me and I would recommend checking out Park 212 if your budget for rent isn't expansive.
