Rude / dishonest staff, find a better place!

Edmonds is a nice area of Washington, unfortunately this apartment complex isn't.
The neighbors and people are nice, but the complex is run by rude, incompetant individuals.
Claudia who is in charge, tried to change my lease without my consent! I complained about a huge amount of smoke coming into my apartment from a grill and she told me to close the sliding door! Only problem it was 80 degrees and there is no AC.
The apartments have a decent layout and mine had a nice washer/dryer.
Other than that everything is old and run down.
You can find much better for $760! And to top it off they accepted a package of mine (even though I asked them not to) and then they lost it and wouldn't reimburse me for it! Not good!
