This apartment has a few things I was looking for but then alot I wasnt.

Like the previous post I was also moving from out of state and wasnt able to see my apartment until the day I moved in.

I was alittle shocked with the layout of this community, you have to go in a common door and walk up the stairs and down a dark uninviting hallway ust to get to your apartment which I wasnt thrilled about.

The grounds are well kept, the neighborood is quiet, and there are alot of things to do relativly close by.

I always see the staff out mowing the lawn or painting one thing or another over and over again...time which I think would be better spend doing work indoors.

On the plus side though, there is always parking and generally I feel pretty safe.

My apartment is out dated with a lot of little problems here and there (ex wall chipping off, stains on the floor and stains in the tub etc.) The construction is very poor and cheaply done.

They use the cheapest products and dont take the time to do repairs properly.

The closet is tiny!! Ive had to fold and box up the majority of my clothes in order to fit my husbands.

There is also no light in the bedroom, Im sure they just wanted to save the money.

The deck is very small also.

I dont have room for any of my patio furniture or our BBQ.

When I moved in the management said they were going to start updating them and would start with mine.

I went to go talk to them about it recently and "oh sorry cant do that" was their responce to everything.

I feel like they lied to me just to make me stop crying the day of my move in...which really happened by the way.

Im looking forward to getting out of here once my lease is up...I think 5 months is going to go by pretty slow.

The only thing I can say about this place overall is its very BASIC nothing special at all.

I recommend paying alittle more and finding somewhere better, I wish I would have.
