My family and I just moved out after 2 years. The place is mostly quiet with no through traffic. All of our neighbors were pleasant. Location is great. Lawns are kept up nicely and very rarely is there litter on the grounds. The pool is kept up and clean. Parking is plentiful.

Maintenance was usually prompt, especially if it is a necessity. If there is a repair that is not a necessity you may have to wait a few days.

The staff are nice and always accessible. As for price it was outstanding. We moved so that I could live closer to work.

My only complaint with the place is that I moved in from out of state. I was assured that I would have a washer dryer hook up in my apartment. We arrived and the person that made the assurance to me told me on the day I signed the lease that the apartment we were moving in to not only didn't have a washer/dryer hook up but that we wouldn't have laundry in our unit! Made me glad I moved my washer and dryer across the country. We were put on a list to get an apartment with a washer/dryer. 1 year 4 months later we were told one had opened up. We had friends move in that were not on "The List" and got washer dryer hooks up on move-in. That was really my only complaint with the place.

The aluminum windows are a pain to keep mold off of and were a struggle.

For moveout expenses we received a portion of our deposit back (a first for us). The management seem not out to expand profit off of people that move out.

It's a nice, better than basic apartment complex and I would recommend it to others. I gave it a superior to other apartment complexes ion the area that are in the same price range. I would rate it overall as average (few problems, good staff, nice grounds).
