If it isn't the upstairs neighbors stomping around, dropping things, tapping, playing video games or music, at all hours of the day and night, it's cars that are falling apart and need mufflers that constantly go by.
Or other neighbors alarms going off without being turned off, even at 6am on a Sunday morning.
No rest for the weary in this complex.
The noise level seems beyond normal apartment living.
I swear the walls are made of paper.
You can hear EVERYTHING!
And just when you think you have some peace and quiet, the maintenance man pulls up in his truck and begins a big project of sawing and nail gunning right under the balcony.
Calgone take me away!

I been here for almost a year and a half.I been all around the country and In my opinion it doesnt get much better then this. The place is kept well maintained and landscaped,staff goes out of their way to help you(Above and Beyond),just ask them and they will do what they can.Maintenance takes care of requests within 24hrs(always).Everyone seems happy and polite here. Perfect location....college,gas stations,hospital,food. right around the corner.
Some people will make negative comments on here about noise, It really is very quiet here and no drama,but it is an apartment complex some noise is a given.
