I haven't lived here very long yet, but it has been great so far. The building I live in is quiet. Occasionally I hear noise from the hallway, or faintly hear my neighbor's TV, but overall it is very quiet compared to other places. (In my old apartment, I could easily hear neighbors' conversations and plumbing, but thankfully, not in this apartment.) I am in a large top floor one-bedroom in the new building, and it had all the ammenities I was looking for: dishwasher, washer/dryer, and parking garage. It is a little more expensive than other area apartments, but well worth it to me. Plus there is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. It is very easy to get to both Hwy 99 and I-5 from the complex. I have never seen the parking lot problems that the review from 2003 mentioned. The management staff has been very professional and helpful to me. I recommend this apartment!
