Manager is a Big jerk. Likes to look through peoples apartments and he walks by. Charges doesn't give you the extra 5 days after the 1st when the rent is due. If your 1 day late after the first of the month he charges late fees anyways. When you move out, he will take your full deposit, plus charge you extra on the damage that was already there when you moved in, plus charge for extra cleaning, if it doesn't meet with his standards. will charge for cleaning light switches also. I was charged extra for having a little dust around the window seal. I lived there for on 6 months. PLEASE I DO NOT RECEMEND LIVING THERE, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TAKEN.
