I agree with the last reviewer who explained how they lost their entire deposit, even though they cleaned everything. I am a VERY clean person - and my apartment was a heck of a lot cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in - and I was nickel and dimed by Kirby, the manager.

The rest of the office staff were always friendly - but Kirby has no people skills whatsoever and, overall, should not be trusted.

The apartments have a serious mold issue - and you have to really keep on top of it. During the winter, icicles formed on the inside of our patio door.

I would never recommend this apartment building to anyone.

I lived here and never had a problem with mold. Also, I cleaned my apartment before I moved out and got most of my deposit back. They were very straight-forward with the cleaning fees at moveout. They give you a sheet before your move-out date with the fees. I opted not to clean the carpet myself and they charged me a carpet cleaning fee against my deposit. Other than the carpet cleaning fee and a small fee for not cleaning behind the refrigerator (there's no way I could have moved it myself), I got most of my deposit back. I felt it was fair.

I lived there '04-'07. Keisha was a great assistant manager! Kirby is a ASS! I when I moved out I had washed the walls, shampooed the carpet, cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. It was a studio apartment. I lost my deposit and was charged $250 additional for cleaning (according to Kirby it was dirty) and for one little stain in the carpet. I should add, there was already large black oil stains already on the carpet when I moved in by the door that they told me were permanent and I would have to live with it. They kept raising the rates. I complained for a year and half about the tenant in the upstairs apartment due to noise and partying (they did nothing about it). It is a rip off living there. I moved into a 2 bedroom in lynnwood for cheaper rent than their studio.
