I lived at Park Edmonds for 1.5 years. When I moved in, the apartment was spotless and I did not have any problems with any neighbors. I lived alone, but I felt very safe here. The grounds are clean and there's security all around. The parking situation was excellent. I never felt that my truck was vulnerable to theft. The parking garage was safe and secure - same as the living areas. Occasionally, you will hear some muffled voices from folks walking in the halls and or in the apartments next door - but this is normal and going to happen in most apartment buildings anyway. It was never loud enough to be distracting or bothersome. The laundry facilities were always clean and well maintained. The manager, Kirby was always very professional. I lived in the new building (towards the front of the complex) and it was always quiet and clean. Eventually, I got accepted into a law program back east and had to leave at the last minute. The move was very rushed and unexpected. Management still worked with me very professionally and patiently to resolve my move out issues. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. You will love it!!!

I hate it when friends of the managers, or the managers themselves, pose as renters and post bogus reviews. Hint: Gushing reviews that are too good to be true are easy to see through. We're not stupid!

First off, I am not the landlord, nor am I friends with the landlord. I don't even live in Washington state anymore. Sorry if you found my review "gushing" but I really liked the place and I recommend it to anyone thinking about living here. If you don't like the apartments - don't move there or if you already live there - move! I had a great experience. Not everyone will feel like I do - but that's the reason why everyone is allowed to post their own personal experience on this site. I left the apartment a mess and P.Edmonds had to charge me for leaving furniture and for cleanup. As I said, the move was unexpected and rushed. In any case, they worked with me very professionally, the cleanup cost was very reasonable, it was clean when I moved in, wasn't noisy and I always felt safe living there. I've lived in NYC, Boston and downtown Seattle. Compared to any place I've lived, Park Edmonds is still at the top. Sorry if your experience is not as happy as mine. If you feel that I MUST say something negative...I wish they'd had more machines in the laundry room!!
