 Biggest pet peeve was no dishwasher and no backdoor/patio. Previously built as a motel. Thermostats are from 60s. Varnished wood (dark) is flaking. Everything is old except for the paint, which covers old mold. Moved in and rent was $450, ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
